ABOUT
Peace Church was established in Browntown, Wisconsin in 1887. We are located in the village of Browntown (pop. 252) in the rolling hills of the South Central part of the state. The countryside surrounding Browntown is home to many dairy farms. Our church family comes from Browntown, the nearby city of Monroe, and several other area communities.
We are a conservative, evangelical church holding to traditional Christian beliefs and creeds. (See our “Beliefs” page.) The Bible is our reference point in all situations. Our desire is to glorify God and enjoy Him forever. We gather weekly and on special occasions to worship God with music (traditional and contemporary), prayer, preaching, and reading of the Word. We enjoy fellowship with God, and with each other.
If you are looking for a church home, desiring to learn about becoming a Christian, or just visiting in the area, we invite you to join us for our Worship Celebration on Sunday mornings at 10 AM.
